complete design, all forms of construction, and construction-related
services. Included are city and zoning requirements, plan and
permit work, inspection and certification, work and seismic
retro-fitting. The company is fully licensed (State License
B1-564370) ) in the state of California, maintains all the required
Workers Compensation and General Liability insurance, and is
fully bonded.

Construction has been operating since 1989. We have successfully
completed a wide range of commercial and residential projects.

Nicholas
Khoei owns and operates Niko Construction. He obtained his civil
engineering degree from Bradley University, and an associate
degree in Architectural Design from Illinois Central College.
